Transport Links

Serangoon North Avenue 1 is itself served by the 315 bus route, with many more routes on both the nearby Yio Chu Kang Road and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3. Both of those are handy arterial roads, with the latter leading to both the CTE and KPE.  

In terms of the MRT, Affinity at Serangoon will be within 5 minutes walk to the future Serangoon North MRT Station (Cross Island Line) and currently the nearest station is Kovan on the North East Line, which is just under one and a half kilometres away. Hougang on the same line, and Serangoon on the Circle Line are a little further away.  

Serangoon Ville, located on Serangoon North Avenue 1, and one of a string of similar recent collective sales, was bought in July 2017. The former HDUC estate was acquired by a consortium headed by Oxley Holdings, who had a 40 percent stake in the venture. The other parties are the Lian Beng Group, Apricot Capital (the Teo family’s Super Group’s private investment arm) and Unique Invesco Pte ltd (an indirect associate of KSH Holdings), all with an equal share.
